All right is the furthest thing from how Serena feels. She's in pain, reluctant to take the medication prescribed to her, headed to her new home without her baby and with no idea if she'll ever see her husband again.

It's overwhelming. She's not used to feeling so out of control.

Not that she'd tell all of that to a perfect stranger. "I'm trying to find my way to Chelsea Cloisters," she says. "I'll need a car. I'm unable to walk very far at the moment."
