She speaks with the assumption that she will, because she was there on that first day, she was the one to help Serena and Beth has a tendency to take to the people she helps in Darrow, to want to be there with them no matter what they go through. The idea of helping someone and then just drifting away without the slightest interest in how they're doing is an impossible one as far as Beth is concerned.
"Are you headin' to your new place?" she asks curiously. "If you want, I can help you find it."
